DESCRIPTION:The European Masters Weightlifting Championships is an annual competition organized by the European Weightlifting Federation (EWF) for weightlifters over the age of 35. The competition is open to male and female athletes, and participants are placed into age and weight categories.\nThe competition is taking place from Friday 12th May to Saturday 20th May 2023. Athletes compete in both the snatch and clean and jerk lifts. The athlete with the highest total weight lifted in each category is declared the winner.\nThe European Masters Weightlifting Championships is considered to be one of the most prestigious Masters weightlifting competitions in the world. It attracts top athletes from across Europe and beyond.
