DESCRIPTION:Inline Hockey Ireland is delighted to welcome participating nations, players, supporters and guests to Waterford for the 2026 U17 European Inline Hockey Championships.\nEurope’s top young inline hockey talent will compete at SETU Arena for the title of 2026 European Champions. Spectators are encouraged to bring plenty of energy to the stands and get behind their teams throughout the tournament.\nBelow you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your visit.\nFood and refreshments will be available on site from the Frank & Honest Café and Pavilion Restaurant throughout the event.\nTickets ( https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/2026-all-ireland-inline-hockey-playoffs-tickets-1986649385792 )\nTickets can be purchased online in advance through Eventbrite.\nWe strongly recommend purchasing tickets before arriving. Pre-purchased tickets allow our volunteers to scan you in quickly, reducing queues at the entrance, and are also available at a lower price than tickets purchased at the door.\nEvent Pass: €15 online / €20 at the door\nUnder 10s: Free\nAll competing players, team staff and officials are entitled to free entry throughout the event.\nVenue Access\nAccess to SETU Arena is through the building’s main entrance only. Spectators must not enter the sports hall through emergency exits.\nThe seated spectator area is accessed from upstairs.\nRink/floor-level access is restricted to players, officials, event operations staff and first aid personnel.\nSpecial Guest – Kaleb Dahlgren\nWe are delighted to welcome Kaleb Dahlgren as our special guest on Sunday 23 August.\nKaleb is a survivor of the tragic Humboldt Broncos bus crash and a lifelong advocate for people living with Type 1 Diabetes.\nDuring the Championships, Kaleb will host a seminar sharing his story of perseverance, gratitude and his commitment to making a positive difference in the communities around him.\nHis appearance is graciously supported by Air Canada.\nVendors\nA range of vendors will be on site throughout the Championships, selling inline hockey equipment and merchandise including:\nSticks\nGloves\nWheels\nBearings\nTape\nMerchandise\nAnd more\n50/50 Fundraiser\nA 50/50 fundraiser will take place throughout the European Championships in support of the Irish national team programmes.\nThe winning ticket will be announced on Sunday.\nSuper Deeker Challenge\nThink your stick-handling skills are up to the challenge?\nTake on the Super Deeker Challenge during the Championships and put your skills to the test.\nHalf-Time Entertainment\nDuring half-time at selected games on Sunday, spectators can enjoy performances from Dublin City Figure Skating Club.\nPhotography\nAnyone using a professional camera to capture images during the event must check in at the ticket desk on arrival.\nOnly official event photographers will be granted access to rink level.\nSpectator Code of Conduct\nWe want the Championships to have an incredible atmosphere, so spectators are encouraged to come in numbers, be loud and support their teams.\nDrums, horns, cheer sticks, flags and team jerseys are all encouraged.\nAll spectators must remain courteous and respectful towards players, officials, staff and fellow supporters. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the venue.\nCome to support, not to abuse.\nLive Stream\nCan’t make it to SETU Arena?\nThe Championships will be available to watch online, with The Stream Team providing live coverage through World Skate Europe TV.\nWaste & Recycling\nPlease help us keep SETU Arena clean throughout the Championships.\nPlastic bottles and cans should be placed in the appropriately labelled recycling bins located around the venue.\nWe look forward to welcoming players, teams and supporters from across Europe to SETU Arena and Waterford for the 2026 U17 European Championships and wish every participating nation the very best of luck.\n
