DESCRIPTION:Peace Proms 2027 at SETU Arena\nPeace Proms 2027 is coming to SETU Arena!\nGet ready for a spectacular celebration of music as Peace Proms brings together primary school children and the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland for an unforgettable concert experience.\nPeace Proms is a free music and peace education programme for primary schools across Ireland and Northern Ireland, engaging over 35,000 children from 700 primary schools each year.\nPresented by the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland, the programme gives young singers the opportunity to perform alongside a full symphony youth orchestra and professional soloists in some of Ireland’s largest arenas.\nA Celebration of Music and Community\nPeace Proms concerts feature incredible performances, with up to 3,000 choir members taking part in individual large-scale events.\nThe programme encourages children to develop their musical abilities, build confidence and experience the joy of performing together.\nSchool Registration Now Open\nPrimary schools can now register for Peace Proms 2027, with participation completely free.\nParticipating schools receive a choir resource pack, professional rehearsal tracks and access to regional workshops led by conductor Greg Beardsell.\nThe programme includes three stages:\n\nSeptember to November: In-school learning using the free choir resources.\nNovember to December: Regional workshops led by Greg Beardsell.\nJanuary to March: Live performances alongside the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland.\n\nSchools interested in participating can register at www.peaceproms.com/register.\nEvent Information\nEvent: Peace Proms 2027\nVenue: SETU Arena, Carriganore, Waterford\nConcert Date and Time: To be confirmed\nSchool Registration: www.peaceproms.com/register ( https://peaceproms.com/register )\nWe look forward to welcoming the talented young performers, their families and supporters to SETU Arena for a fantastic celebration of music!\n
