What is Hyrox?

A Hyrox workout combines both running and functional fitness. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

official Hyrox Training Club

The SETU Arena is now an official Hyrox training club.

Our 12-week HYROX block is here is beginning on 10th September.

Classes take place every:

  • Tuesday at 6.15am, 5.15pm and 6pm.
  • Thursday at 6.15am, 5.15pm and 6pm.
  • Saturday at 10.30am and 11.30am.

It costs €150 for non-members and €130 for members.
