IFAA European Indoor Archery Championships 2026

SETU Arena is proud to host the IFAA European Indoor Archery Championships 2026 from March 2nd to March 6th, welcoming athletes from across Europe to Waterford.

Founded in 1992, the Irish Field Archery Federation (IFAF) represents archers across Ireland and is home to multiple European and World Champions. This marks IFAF’s first bid to host an IFAA-sanctioned tournament, supported by a dedicated event team alongside partners including SETU, Waterford City & County Council, and Fáilte Ireland.

The five-day championship will feature equipment inspections, practice sessions, Standard Indoor Rounds, Flint Rounds, and closing ceremonies.

Event Schedule Overview
• Mon 2 March: Registration, Equipment Inspection, Open Practice, Opening Ceremony
• Tue 3 March: Standard Indoor Round #1 (All Archers)
• Wed 4 March: Flint Round #1 (Groups 1,2,3,4,7), Day off (Groups 5,6)
• Thu 5 March: Flint Round #2 (Groups 5,6), Standard Indoor Round #2 (Groups 1–4), Day off (Group 7)
• Fri 6 March: Standard Indoor Round #2 (Groups 5,6,7), Awards Ceremony & Banquet
