Junior Performance Training Workshop
This Junior Performance Training Workshop is for 10-12 year olds on Friday 14th April from 10am – 2pm at the SETU Arena.
Registration costs €30 with lunch included
This workshop will give participants an introduction to strength training, nutrition for sport performance and sports performance testing. It is open to players from all sports.
