Train and Thrive (10:15am – 11:00am)
Train and Thrive is designed to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more energised in everyday life. This class combines functional movements, strength training, and cardio in a supportive group environment. Each session is adaptable to all fitness levels, focusing on improving mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing, so you can train hard and thrive both inside and outside the gym.
