This Warm Up Workshop for Coaches takes place on Saturday 16th March 2024 from 10am to 1pm. Tickets cost €25.
This is suitable for all sports coaches and is a practical based workshop. The workshop includes structuring a warm up, use of static and dynamic stretching, cool downs and more.
