 The SETU Arena is an official Hyrox training club.

Our 12-week Hyrox block begins on Tuesday 15th April 2025!

Classes take place every:

  • Tuesday at 6.15am, 7am and 5.15pm.
  • Thursday at 6.15am, 7am and 5.15pm.
  • Saturday at 10.30am.

Registration opens from Friday 28th March 2025. Call into reception or email [email protected] to register. It costs €200 for non-members and €180 for members.

When signed up you will be given access to book our weekly Hyrox classes via the email you provide.

What is Hyrox?

A Hyrox workout combines both running and functional fitness. 

Our Hyrox classes are specifically designed to help you build the strength and cardio endurance which is needed for a Hyrox event.

Each session combines structured cardiovascular conditioning with functional strength training, using our sleds, row ergs, ski ergs, wall balls, and more.
