Full Hyrox = 1k
Half Hyrox = 500m
Station 2: Sled Push
Full Hyrox = 50m (4x12.5m lengths)
Half Hyrox = 25m (2 x 12.5m lengths)
Station 3: Sled Pull
Full Hyrox = 50m (4x12.5m lengths)

Station 4: Burpee Broad Jumps

The Hyrox race consists of an alternating sequence of a 8 x 1km run and one functional workout station after each run.

No you can't choose your start time. You will be given a time once registration closes.
Yes your time will be tracked via an ankle chip strap.
