Rules and Regulations

• Children must be collected and signed out by their parents/ guardians. This will take place in the sports hall at 4pm every day. We will not allow any child to walk out of the building on their own.
• No provisional bookings taken. Bookings can only be made and confirmed on receipt of  full payment.
• All application forms to be signed by parent(s)/guardian(s).
  It must be stated whether children are in any way physically disabled or have medical problems such as epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, etc.
• No responsibility taken for children on SETU Arena Grounds before or after the stated Summer Camp times of 10am (8.30am for early bird) to 4pm (4.30pm for late collection)
  
  • Children should bring each day:
    Packed lunch for two breaks (no glass bottles allowed. There is a shop onsite which children can purchase their lunch or a snack)
  • Wear a tracksuit/shorts, t-shirt, jumper, jacket and runners.
  • Please bring suncream.
  • Please put names on clothing.
  • Please inform the camp leaders if your child requires medication during the day.
  • Children are discouraged from bringing valuable items and mobile phones.
