Sports Injury Screening

Aimed at individuals or sports teams wanting to identify strengths and weaknesses, movement faults, and instabilities to decrease the risk of injury.

Movement control tests will look at your ability to control movements of the whole body, with the aim of assessing both your postural and sport-specific stability.
Flexibility tests will highlight any area of tightness or overactivity that might lead to future injury.
Strength capacity tests give us an indication of your current strength levels in your legs, core, and upper body. From this, we can compare your results to normative data from your chosen sport.

Following the sports injury screening an individualised pre-hab programme will be designed to address any imbalances or weaknesses.
